This is a Stream 1 module and it’s designed for doctors that have never successfully completed the Stream 1 module and do not hold this accreditation. Accreditation requires you to complete the online modules as well as successfully completing the module assessment.

Module information
This module teaches the approach required from parts of Chapter 11 of the Guides to assess permanent impairment of the urinary system and the male reproductive system.
The module covers:
- The methodology for evaluating upper urinary tract impairment, including loss of kidney and assessment of overall upper urinary tract impairment.
- The methodology to evaluate upper bladder, urethra and urinary diversions.
- The methodology to evaluate the male reproductive organs including the penis, scrotum, testes, epididymides, prostate and spermatic cords.
- Apportionment of impairment to disentangle what impairment may or may not be related to a compensable event.
